Boilerplate
Sagoma is a physique coach for iPhone and Apple Watch, built by David Lopez and released in September 2026 by Whitetowers Group LLC in Florida. It reads what you ate, what you lifted and where your weight is trending, tells you what to change — and refuses to promise a body that required drugs.
Quotable as written, and meant to be. No outside funding. One developer.

The apps themselves are in 27 languages. If you need more of this page in one of them, ask — it is quicker than you think.
The three apps
- Sagoma— for training yourself
- iPhone and Apple Watch. Free to download, $14.99 a month or $99.99 a year after a 14-day trial. On the US App Store since 7 September 2026.
- Sagoma Pro— for personal trainers
- $49 a month or $449 a year. Flat, unlimited clients, no charge per client — which is the thing trainers complain about most in this category. iPhone, iPad and Apple Watch since 17 September 2026, and now on the Mac — the macOS build cleared review in early October 2026 and is on sale. It is a universal purchase, so one subscription covers all four and there is a single product page for them.
- Sagoma Link— for a trainer's client
- Free, permanently. iPhone since 21 September 2026, and Google Play since 2 October 2026 — the first Sagoma app on any platform outside Apple.
What is actually different
The coach refuses.
Ask it for a physique that required pharmacology and it says so. Ask about compounds and it declines — not with a disclaimer bolted onto an answer, by not answering. Ask for a target it reads as years away and it tells you it is years away. In a year whose complaint about AI is that it agrees with everybody, this one is built not to.
The Watch is the primary surface.
A full gym session runs from the wrist with the phone in a locker: log every set, run rest timers, see what is next, weigh in, ask a question. It reconciles when the two meet again. Most coaching apps in this category have no Watch app at all.
We cannot read what you log.
Entries are encrypted on the device with AES-256-GCM before they are sent. We hold ciphertext and a wrapped key and cannot open either. The limit, which we publish ourselves: we can see that you logged, when, from which device, and how many bytes long it was. The full accounting, including everything that is not encrypted, is at /blog/we-cannot-read-your-log.
It plans around food you already cooked.
The week adapts to what is already in the fridge — add, skip or resize a portion — rather than throwing away a cook day.
Numbers, and where each came from

| 219 | restaurant items, across 20 chains | counted in the shipped index, 5 October 2026 |
| 1,394 | exercises with demonstrations | counted in the asset bundle, 5 October 2026 |
| 282 | meals in the library, with photos | counted in the production database, 5 October 2026 |
| 27 | languages, each of the three apps | as the App Store reports them, 5 October 2026 |
| 14 days | trial, every app | the app and the billing package, both read 5 October 2026 |
| iOS 26 · watchOS 26 | minimum | the build settings, 5 October 2026 |
| 4 · 0 · 0 | App Store ratings: Sagoma, Pro, Link | the App Store, 5 October 2026 |
That last row is here because you would find it anyway, and a page that volunteers its worst number is easier to trust about the rest. The apps are weeks old.
Get a build
Email hello@sagoma.app and say which app. You will get a TestFlight invitation or a promotional code the same day, from the person who wrote it — there is no agency and no comms team in between. Happy to walk you through anything, on the record or not.
If you would rather shoot your own screenshots than use ours, that is the better review and we would prefer it. Nothing here is embargoed.
Assets
Every screenshot below, the three app icons, the mark and both wordmarks, in one zip. PNG and SVG throughout — the WebP copies on this site are for page weight, not for you.

The Link set are App Store panels — the shipping app with our captions around it, which is what Apple reviewed. Ask if you would rather have the bare screens with nothing written on them.

Use any of it to write about Sagoma, unaltered, with no need to ask. Please do not use it in a way that suggests we endorse a product, a service or a business.
Using the mark
Both of these are right. Leave clear space around it of about the height of the letters, and put it on a plain ground.
Three apps, three icons. They are different products and a story about one should not carry another's icon.
And these are not.

Beyond that: do not redraw it, do not add effects to it, and do not use it in a way that suggests we endorse a product, a service or a business. Everything else — writing about Sagoma, illustrating a review, putting it in a roundup — needs no permission and no email.
What we will not claim
Worth knowing before you write, and we would rather say it than be corrected.
- No before-and-after photographs, here or anywhere. A reader has no way to check one.
- No user numbers, because there are almost none yet.
- Not medically supervised, and not a substitute for a clinician. The app says so when asked.
- Not "military-grade" or "unbreakable" encryption. The encryption is real and we explain exactly how it works, but the part that scrambles a password into a key is one generation behind the best available, on all but one account. We are moving it. Until we have, we will not let it be described as state of the art.
- No awards and no press yet. This page will say so when that changes.
