Ask most of this category whether you can have the physique in the photograph and it will tell you how. It will give you a plan, a timeline, and an encouraging sentence at the end. What it will not tell you is that the person in the photograph was on drugs, or had a decade, or had a full-time team, or all three.
Sagoma refuses. Ask it for a physique that required pharmacology and it says so. Ask it about compounds and it declines — not with a safety disclaimer bolted onto the end of an answer, but by not answering. Ask it for a target it reads as years away and it tells you it is years away.
This is unpopular. It is also the only honest position available, because the alternative is software that agrees with you until the day you notice nothing has happened.
The reason it is built this way is not ethics, it is that the agreeable version does not work. Software that tells you what you want to hear gets deleted, and the person doing the deleting usually blames themselves rather than it.
There is a second half to this, which is that the coach is not always software. A trainer running Sagoma Pro is a person, looking at the same week, free to disagree with the plan and with you. The refusal is the same either way — what changes is who is doing it.
